INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS
In order to prepare the final paper, to be delivered with no exceptions before the end of 2007, here you will find instructions from World Scientific:
Instructions for coping the template file ws-rv9x6_word.dot into Word template directory and its use in editing papers are reported in file rv-readme9x6_word.pdf .
IMPORTANT REMARK
In writing equations, if your Word program does not use "MathType" extension, you cannot open or modify the "equation objects" in sample typeset pages. If this is the case you need to rewrite the equation as a new "Equation" object.
In order to make easier the final editing of papers, please do not use "MathType" extension in writing equations.
IN CASE OF DIFFICULTIES
In case of difficulties in formatting the paper, authors may ask for help by sending a message to Dr. Mario Abram, co-editor, to the email address Mario.Abram@cesiricerca.it .
COPYRIGHT
Authors of accepted papers that paid the enrollment fee, will sign the World Scientific Copyright Transfer Form (detailed instructions will follow).
ENROLLMENT
Regular participation needs the payment of enrollment fee of Euro 150, for the following:
Conference events (2 dinners),
Abstracts booklet,
Enrollment to AIRS for the year 2008,
Reservation of Proceedings; the volume will be published after the congress.
